The grave of American journalist Kurt Schork is beside the grave of the 'Romeo and Juliet of Sarajevo', Bosko Brkic and Admira Ismic, who defied the ethnic designs of Karadzic and Milosevic, and were shot to death as they fled the city, dying in each other's arms. Kurt Schork wrote a very famous story about the slain couple. He was killed in an ambush in Sierra Leone during the civil war.
